The smoothie we don’t go a day without! 🗓️
Three years ago, the term “heavy metal” meant nothing more to me than a genre I’m not too fond of. In January of 2021, I was introduced to the work of the Medical Medium, and everything changed. 💫
According to the @medicalmedium, toxic heavy metals (which are seemingly all around us) are responsible for the majority of neurological conditions such as anxiety/depression, attention deficits, brain fog, seizures, addiction, OCD, Alzheimers, Parkinson’s, etc. — a few of which have held me hostage at various points in my 40 years here. 🚨
In came the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie and it’s changed (/is still changing!) our lives! I started drinking it while pregnant with my son, and started introducing it to my daughter around that time too. I consume it daily as part of Medical Medium’s #morningcleanse/my breakfast, and the kids usually have it as part of their breakfast as well. My body literally craves it every. single. day! 🤘🏼
The 5 key ingredients:
🫐 Wild Blueberries: draw HMs from brain tissue, + help repair damage caused by such (note: must be WILD, not conventional blues)
🌱 Cilantro: extracts HMs from hard-to-reach places + from years past (according to MM, we inherit metals from previous generations)
🌾 Barley Grass JUICE Powder: draws HMs from your spleen, intestinal tract, pancreas, thyroid, and reproductive system, + prepares the metals for complete absorption by the spirulina
🩵 Spirulina: draws out HMs from your brain, CNS, and liver, + soaks up heavy metals extracted by BGJP
