What are essential oils?
Essential oils are the essence of a plant, a gift from the earth, distilled and prepared to bring the power of nature into your home. Hidden in roots, seeds, flowers, bark—are concentrated, highly potent chemical compounds. These natural compounds are the basis of essential oils. When properly extracted, they can support physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

My Oil Journey
My journey with doTERRA essential oils began nearly 10 years ago. I had been searching for ways to lower my toxic load (--- body, mind,+ home), and a dear family member invited me to a class she was teaching on essential oils. The information I learned that day resonated with me so deeply; I grabbed an intro kit and inadvertently changed the course of my life forever. I soon cultivated a deep passion for educating others, with root-cause healing serving as the undercurrent in all that I do. I am now blessed to be using and teaching about the benefits of natural solutions with people all across the globe.
Life Today
You'll find oils all throughout my home, from the kitchen to the laundry room, and all the in-betweens. You'll find oils in all bags, in my car, in my (mobile) office, etc -- I never travel without them -- as they've become an extension of me. And if I'm not sharing oils with you, I'm likely chatting about sharing oils with you. :)
